Looking for a perfect getaway? Look no further than the Gratitude Haus, located on historic River Road between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake, TX. When you walk into this home, you will be greeted by the coolest room in the house, a naturally lit sunroom offering brightly colored furniture, a WiFi TV, lots of board games and gorgeous outside views! This home offers practical space for your vacation, two master bedrooms, one has a Queen bed and one has a Full bed. There's a cool little twin bed in the closet hideaway that would work perfectly for a kid (or a kid at heart!) to sleep. Then there is one additional small bedroom with a twin bed that offers a large window looking out to the back porch. Enjoy the huge kitchen stocked with 12-cup coffee maker, air fryer, double oven, range, dishwasher, fridge and microwave that will make delicious meals easy to accomplish. Two full baths (one with a shower only and one with a deep soaking tub and shower), a laundry room with washer and dryer provided, & a back porch that will be one of your favorite places to be!
Corn hole, hammock swings, firepit and seating for 6 on the lighted back porch will give your group the best experience ever!
The property offers Guadalupe River access through a secret river trail entrance down the "Grateful Way". Walk along the back side of the Tipis on the Guadalupe (located next door) to find the river and sit on the deck, soak your feet or bring your tubes! This is a unique experience you won't forget for a long time!
One more small cabin, the Hunka Hunka, is located on this property, offering a stay for 4 additional guests. The Gratitude Haus may be rented individually or with this additional cabin, but everyone has their own outdoor space. The access to the river will be shared by all of the guests staying on site.
Located between 3rd & 4th Crossing on River Road in New Braunfels, near the small towns surrounding Canyon Lake and only 20 minute drive from historic Gruene. You won't forget your experience at the Gratitude Haus, which has river access on site down a secret walking trail and a deck that overlooks the river.
Just a short drive down River Road to find anything you want! Nature walks, grocery stores, gas stations, great restaurants and the Canyon Lake Marina only a few miles away. Drive the other direction to find New Braunfels and Gruene with a gorgeous scenic drive!
