Guests have exclusive use of the downstairs: sunlit living and dining with original hardwoods and French doors, a media room with a large Smart TV, and a bright kitchen with white shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, and stone countertops. A dual-brew Keurig with starter pods waits in the kitchen, and the master bedroom and bath sit under tall windows. Outside, an expansive fenced backyard with shade trees is made for morning coffee, yard games, or grilling, with private driveway parking and EV charging.
