Water Haus is a fan-favorite riverfront home on a peaceful stretch of the Guadalupe, built for relaxation, connection, and Hill Country memories. The river is a stone's throw from the wraparound deck, with direct access to tubing, swimming, and floating. Two primary bedrooms with queen beds and a spacious bunk room (four bunks, sleeps eight) host up to twelve. Inside there is open-concept living, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and central heating and cooling, with fresh linens and starter toiletries. Outdoor living is where guests spend most of their time: a firepit, a hammock over the river, a wraparound deck, a BBQ grill, a grassy yard, and cornhole.
